Effective April 14, 2026 · Virovici LLC

1. Overview

Virovici LLC ("Virovici," "we," or "us") operates virovici.com. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize personal data. This is a marketing and informational site; we have no interest in your data beyond what is necessary to respond to your inquiries and keep our systems secure.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information only when you affirmatively provide it or when it is generated automatically as part of normal server operation.

Direct communications. When you contact us at [email protected], we receive your email address and any information you include in the message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to conduct a business discussion.

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard access data: IP addresses, browser and device type, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs exist for security monitoring and operational diagnostics and are not linked to personal identities.

3. Use of Information

We use information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and conduct business discussions
  • Monitor for and investigate security incidents
  • Fulfill applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any form of automated decision-making.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may disclose information if required by valid legal process, court order, or applicable law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Virovici, its clients, or its personnel.

5. Data Retention

Email correspondence is retained as long as necessary for business purposes or as required by law, generally no longer than three years from the last interaction.

Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days and then purged.

6. Cookies and Analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site may set strictly necessary functional cookies required for it to operate. These are not used to track you across other sites.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymous usage data such as page views and general performance metrics. This service does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individual users, and does not share data with advertisers. For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we hold. As a firm that operates in the security space, we take this obligation seriously. That said, no system connected to the internet is immune to compromise, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute arising from this policy or our data practices shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

10. Changes to This Policy
